By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms with RockeyFit Elite Training Facility, 7040 South Abbott Rd., Unit 200, Hamburg, NY 14075.
Services
We provide coached personal training, small group strength training, and nutrition coaching. Program details, session frequency, and pricing are confirmed during your consultation and in your membership or package agreement, which governs if anything here conflicts with it.
Health disclaimer
Exercise and nutrition coaching carry inherent risks. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and our coaches are not physicians or registered dietitians. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, and tell your coach about injuries, medications, or conditions. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Results disclaimer
Testimonials and client stories on this site are real accounts from individual clients. Results vary based on your starting point, consistency, nutrition, sleep, health history, and effort. We do not guarantee any specific weight, strength, or body-composition outcome.
30-day guarantee
Our 30-Day Results In Advance guarantee applies to the expectations set together during your consultation. If we do not deliver on them within your first 30 days, you may request a refund of that period. Ask us for the full terms before you start.
Scheduling and cancellations
Sessions are booked in advance and space is limited, so late cancellations and no-shows may be charged. Current notice periods are provided in your agreement and at the studio.
Communications
By submitting a form, you agree to receive communications via email and/or SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Website use and content
Site content, photography, and branding belong to RockeyFit Elite Training Facility and may not be copied or reused without permission. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the site is error-free or always available, and links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.
