I'm 45 and haven't trained in years. Am I too out of shape to start here?
No. Most of our members walked in exactly where you are — busy, sore, and years removed from being active. Every program starts with a movement screen and is scaled to what your body can do today, not what it could do at 25.
I don't have time to train. How long does a session take?
Sessions run about 50 minutes and most members train two or three times a week. We do the programming for you — you show up, get coached, and get back to your day. No wandering the gym floor deciding what to do.
I have a bad back / knee / shoulder. Can I still train?
Yes, and it's one of the main reasons people come here. We take a full health and injury history up front, then coach form first and adjust or swap any movement that causes pain. Members regularly train through and around long-standing joint issues.
I've wasted money on gyms before. How is this different?
A big-box membership gives you a floor and a door code. Here you get a written program, a coach in the room every session, and check-ins that keep you consistent. And your first 30 days are backed by a money-back guarantee, so the risk sits with us.

Who trains at RockeyFit?
Mostly busy adults between 35 and 65 — professionals, business owners, and parents who want to be strong, move without pain, and stay independent as they age. Clients range from complete beginners to active adults in their 70s.
How is small group training different from a regular fitness class?
Small group sessions are capped at 9 people and follow a coached strength and conditioning program built on progressive overload. Your coach adjusts loads and exercises to your goals, injuries, and preferences — it is personal training in a small group setting, not a follow-along class.
How many days a week should I train?
Small group training runs as a 2x or 3x per week program. Most clients see the best long-term results training two to three times per week and staying active on the days in between.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Our 30-Day Results In Advance program is money-back: if we do not deliver on the expectations we set together in your consultation, you get your money back.
Is nutrition coaching included?
Nutrition coaching is included with 1-on-1 personal training packages and is available as an add-on for current small group clients. It is 1-on-1 and built around your goals, lifestyle, and preferences — not a fixed meal plan.
What does training cost?
Pricing depends on the program and how many sessions you train each week. We are a premium coaching service, not a $40 gym — you are paying for a written program, a coach in the room, and accountability. We review options and recommend the right fit during your free consultation.
